Hadrian's Walk - 1st Buxton Lammas Sea Scouts

84 Miles, full camping kit and the potential for four sore feet....

That's the challenge facing a Mother and Son team who will on 3rd June 2009 start to walk the full length of Hadrian's Wall from Wallsend in Newcastle, to Bowness-On-Solway.

Val and Josh (13) are walking Hadrian's Wall to raise money for 1st Buxton Lammas Sea Scouts, who are trying to raise funds to build a new meeting hall.

Every penny raised will go to the Scouts, and we are hoping to raise as much as possible.

The Day 1, Day 2...etc pages will contain details of the progress of the two intrepid explorers, possible including some pics of scenery, Roman Forts, The Wall, and blisters.
